Who is behind Freudenherz?
Hi there... it's me, Elvira. For over 15 years, my heart has beaten for the catering industry. At the same time, I have always been passionate about fashion, textiles, materials, and sustainable production. The dream of being self-employed had therefore been with me for a long time, and when I learned that Freudenherz, a place I loved visiting myself, was looking for a new home, I knew: This is my chance.
Today, I get to unlock the door every morning, breathe in the scent of fresh coffee, look through the shop, and think: This is my life. A feeling I will never take for granted.
