EIN STÜCK FREUDE

My mother and I have actually always enjoyed being in the kitchen together. Ever since I was little, I helped with many traditional Russian dishes, rolling out dough, filling pockets, and, of course, eating them just as much. :)

Later, this turned into countless birthday cakes, where we constantly reinvented ourselves, tried out new recipes, and waited excitedly for the reactions of our family and friends.

When I stumbled upon Freudenherz, it was clear to my mother very quickly: "We're doing this together." And I am very glad about that.

And that is exactly how it is to this day. We regularly stand in the kitchen together, try new things, tinker with recipes, and refine our cakes until they are just a little bit tastier.

Over time, many cakes were created this way that are now in the display case at Freudenherz. With a lot of experimentation, a love for baking, and, of course, extensive tasting.

Lena has been part of our baking team since 2026, bringing a whole new momentum to our kitchen with her professional pastry expertise. Her know-how is worth its weight in gold to us, and with her own creations, new ideas, and above all her beautiful decorations, she consistently brings a breath of fresh air to our cake display. We are very happy that she is complementing our small baking team and that we can try out many new things together. :)
